Balance top-up

On Purchase · hjtoken.cn/purchase switch to "Top-up", pick a quick amount or enter a custom one.

• Amounts are in USD (e.g. $10, $20, $50…).
• Credited as USD balance for per-token billing.

Exchange rate & final amount

When paying via a CNY channel (Alipay):

• The USD amount is converted at the current exchange rate.
• Checkout clearly shows: face amount (USD), current rate, fee, amount payable (CNY) — what you see is what you pay.

• More methods as shown on the checkout page.

Fees

Some methods may charge a small fee (listed at checkout, e.g. "Fee 0.6%"). Total = converted amount + fee.

Flow

1. Pick amount / plan → choose payment → "Confirm".
2. Complete payment on Alipay.
3. On success you return to the result page; balance/subscription is credited once the order is confirmed.

If payment doesn't credit after a while, do NOT pay again — check Orders or contact support.
