Supported Countries & Regions

Describes HJToken's service availability by region.
1. General policy
HJToken serves lawful users worldwide, but due to Upstream Providers' regional policies and international sanctions/export-control requirements, some countries and regions are excluded.
2. Unsupported regions
We do not provide the Service to users in, or for uses located in, the following (subject to change per law and upstream policy):
- Countries/regions under comprehensive sanctions or embargoes (e.g. US OFAC, UN, EU), commonly including but not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions of Ukraine;
- Countries/regions where Upstream Providers do not offer or prohibit access;
- Jurisdictions where such AI services are prohibited by local law.
3. Upstream regional limits
- Models are provided by Upstream Providers; their supported regions govern.
- Even if your location is within our scope, upstream may restrict requests by origin or purpose; resulting unavailability is not our liability.
4. Your responsibility
- Ensure that you and your end users are permitted to use the Service and related AI capabilities in your locations.
- Do not use technical means to circumvent regional restrictions for restricted regions or purposes.
- Assess and comply with any special requirements (e.g. cross-border data, industry regulation) applicable to you.
5. Changes
We may adjust regional availability at any time per laws, sanctions lists, and upstream policies.
