HJToken Service-Specific Terms

Supplements the Terms of Service for specific features; for a given feature, these prevail on conflict.

1. AI API gateway

1. The Service forwards Upstream Providers' APIs. Outputs are generated by upstream models; we do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, legality or fitness.
2. Upstream may change models, prices, quotas or policies anytime; we sync best-effort but do not guarantee parity or immediacy.
3. You must follow Upstream Providers' terms. Upstream rejections/rate-limits/bans are upstream actions; we assist but are not liable.

2. Pay-as-you-go & balance

1. Billed per token in real time, USD-based.
2. Top-ups are consumed to offset actual usage; our system records are authoritative for usage.
3. Costs from your calls (high concurrency, large context, caching) are yours.

3. Subscriptions

1. Subscriptions provide agreed quotas within the term (possibly daily/weekly/monthly limits).
2. Once a limit is hit, the plan quota is unavailable until the window resets; upgrade or use pay-as-you-go balance.
3. Subscriptions do not auto-renew (unless stated); benefits end at expiry.

4. Trial credit & promotions

1. Trial credit, coupons, and limited-time offers are promotional, non-withdrawable and non-transferable (unless stated) and may expire.
2. We may interpret, adjust, or end promotions early (except vested benefits already earned under the rules).

5. Referrals

1. Rewards recognize valid referrals; rules (rate, freeze, window, per-invitee cap) follow the Referral page.
2. Fraud voids rewards and may result in bans.
3. Rewards are issued as credit; usage (e.g. transfer to balance) follows in-app features.

6. API keys & security

1. API keys are account credentials; calls and fees from leaks are yours.
2. We may restrict or temporarily ban abnormal calls for security and notify you.

7. Data & privacy

1. To provide the Service we process necessary account info and call metadata (usage, time, model) for billing and risk control.
2. Content you send via the API is forwarded to the relevant Upstream Provider, governed by their privacy policy. Do not submit sensitive data you are not authorized to process.

8. Refunds

This is a virtual digital service: consumed amounts are non-refundable; unused balance and promotional credit are handled per the Terms of Service and support guidance.
