HJToken Acceptable Use Policy

Part of the Terms of Service.

When using HJToken you must comply with this Policy, the Upstream Providers' policies (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.), and applicable laws in your and your end users' jurisdictions.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate:

1. Illegal activity — anything violating applicable law, including terrorism, violent extremism, drugs, weapons trafficking, human trafficking.
2. Minors — any sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
3. Adult/sexual content violating upstream policies or local law.
4. Hate & harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
5. Malicious technical acts — malware, ransomware, cyberattacks, phishing, bypassing security, mass scraping.
6. Fraud & misinformation — scams, impersonation, academic dishonesty, mass generation of misleading/false information, manipulation.
7. Privacy violations — unlawful collection, disclosure, or processing of personal/sensitive data.
8. IP infringement — infringing copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets.
9. Unsupervised high-risk use — medical, legal, or financial advice used as a decision basis without qualified human review.

2. Platform integrity

You may not:

• Circumvent billing, quotas, authentication, or abuse credit/referral mechanisms;
• Resell or share accounts/API keys with unauthorized third parties (unless permitted in writing);
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or probe the Service;
• Use automation for abusive high-frequency requests harming stability.

3. Compliance responsibility

• You are fully responsible for your inputs and use of outputs.
• Ensure your use complies with Upstream Providers' policies; upstream may restrict or reject requests due to policy changes, for which we are not liable.

4. Enforcement

For violations, we may (without prior notice) warn, restrict/suspend features, ban accounts, revoke credits/rewards, pursue legal remedies, and cooperate with authorities as required by law.
