HJToken Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-01-06Operator: HyperJump ("we", "us", "HJToken")

1. Acceptance

By registering for, accessing, or using HJToken (https://hjtoken.cn, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Service-Specific Terms and Supported Regions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

HJToken is an AI API gateway that aggregates and forwards the APIs of third-party model providers ("Upstream Providers") such as Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI and Google (Gemini), offering unified accounts, keys, billing and management. Model capabilities are provided by the respective Upstream Providers; their availability, output and policies govern accordingly.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
• Safeguard your password and API keys; losses from poor safekeeping are yours. We recommend enabling 2FA.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Billing, Top-ups & Subscriptions

• The Service offers pay-as-you-go (per-token, USD-based) and subscription plans; prices are shown live on the site.
• Payments are processed via third-party channels; prices are in USD and converted at the exchange rate at payment time for CNY channels.
• Except as required by these Terms or law, consumed fees are non-refundable; unused balance is handled per Section 8.
• We may change prices, plans and billing rules; changes do not affect active subscriptions within their term.

5. Credits & Referrals

• We may offer trial credit, promotions and referral rewards. These are promotional; rules follow the relevant pages, and we may modify or discontinue them.
• Obtaining credits/rewards via fake registrations, self-referral, or fraudulent top-ups is prohibited; we may revoke benefits and pursue remedies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy and to comply with Upstream Providers' policies and applicable laws. You may not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or prohibited purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's interface, docs and trademarks (the HJToken name and logo) belong to us or respective owners. Rights in your API inputs and outputs are governed by your relationship with the Upstream Providers and applicable law.

8. Changes, Suspension & Termination

• We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, upstream changes or compliance.
• You may stop using and close your account anytime. Whether unused balance is refundable is handled per our support guidance (promotional credit is generally non-refundable).

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant the accuracy, legality or fitness of model outputs.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions caused by upstream policies, networks or force majeure.
• You are responsible for how you use AI outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages; our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to the Service in the 3 months before the dispute.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and post updates here. Material changes will be notified reasonably. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
